If you want to stay for one day then you can cover all above attractions. You start journey early in the morning & cover Khadakwasla dam & Sinhgad fort then stay at farm & on the next day you can cover panshet and Nilkanteshwar.
If you want to enjoy the farm house for one day picnic then book your Seat at Ghadge Botanical farm advanced then start your picnic early in the morning at 5-6 am, Start walking / treking the Sinhagad fort from Donge / Aatkarwadi at 6am. You will enjoy trek a lot in the morning. Then see the attractions on the Sinhagad fort & take a breakfast & come down to the fort at 10-11am.
