Greetings.... Today we will see some images on the route to Lavasa . I have taken only partial portion of the route i.e. up to the Lavasa main gate. Because main excitement will start after main entrance of the Lavasa. Before the main entrance there is trailer of the main picture means you will start with some natural mountains, waterfalls & dam. What we were think is that" wow great" but all these attractions are nothing infront of the main attractions. What I like most is the first photo of this blog. which gives bigger pictue of the temghar dam. Also on the way there are lots of waterfalls but almost all are un-accessible. Greetings... Mutha River Which passes from the heart of Pune city depend on Temghar dam in Mulshi. It is the gravity dam. If we will see the map then some big mountains divided two dams one is temghar & other is Mulshi. The nature & beauty around these dam is shown in below photos. Its amazing experience to live near dam. We already seen how to reach temghar dam. It is on the way to Lavasa. Around 40 km from pune & 15km from Pirangut. It is acfter crossing the Surya Shibir on the road. The height of the water fall is around 30 foot. To reach this place you have come to Panshet- Varasgaon dam. then take a route of Varasgaon- Lavasa then after 5-6 km this waterfall is present. But, Waterfall depends on current rain condition. Greetings... Do you know the Niagara water fall? Where is it?   In USA, CANADA?? What I think is Small part of the Niagara water fall is in Pune. When you see the below video clip then your doubt will get clear. It is available on Lavasa- Panshet road. Though the road is not so good ,the nature on the road is amazing & gives extra boost to us. Most of the time, we confused on the topic, " Where to go this weekend?" Current scenerio shows that there is vast demand of water falls & rainy picnic spots, As I already said that, on weekend day i.e. on saturday & sundays all dam area's , forts are so crowded that you can't enter and enjoy. Therefore, I started discovering new places with route maps & hotel , resort informations. I also included timing & how to reach with places near by it to visit, so that well planned trip will give you more enjoy &excitement Today we will see the route of the Nilkantheshwar temple, one of the biggest temple of Lord Shiva with lot of statues of GOD. All statues are very beautifully carved & prsentated in such a way, that will remember our stories of GOD. Also Lord Shankar, Shiva , Mahadev or Nilkantheshwar temple is there on the the hill. ! Gynaba Tukaram ! Gatha Mandir/ temple is one of the biggest temple near Pune & PCMC.  There is a very big Statue of Sant Tukaram Maharaj at the Entrance of the temple. Which itself is inspiring to all of us. The main attraction of the Gatha temple is that all Gatha (Abhang ) of Sant Tukaram Maharaj carved on walls of the temple. More than 4000 Abhang Carved on walls. You can read any one easily. It says that you need to read at least 3 Abhangs when you visited the temple. Also there are paintings of GOD on the walls surrounded by statue, which will remeber our Past Stories... Temple is open from Morning 6 am to 10 pm. There is a "Bhakta Nivas" near temple where you can stay & also at " Annapurna " bhavan you can take Mahaprasad in between 12:30 to 2 pm.
